Purpose of the Warranty: Atelier Auréa is committed to ensuring that your customized watch is free from manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions: Customizing watches may invalidate the original manufacturer's warranty. At Atelier Auréa, we understand the importance of guaranteeing the proper functioning of modifications made to your timepiece while maintaining high-quality after-sales service. That's why we offer a comprehensive 5-year warranty for our customizations, ensuring that adjustments and timing mechanisms work optimally. Each watch customized by Atelier Auréa comes with its own certificate of authenticity.
At Atelier Auréa, we preserve the original components of the watch to honor its history. We focus on the original movement and only make changes to the external elements of the watch by adding new parts specifically designed for your model.Our craftsmen pay meticulous attention to every detail during the customization process to ensure the durability and precision of your personalized timepiece.
All parts we customize undergo rigorous quality controls, and each piece is tested in a controlled environment to ensure its water resistance.
Warranty Limitations: The warranty is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase. Repairs and maintenance must be carried out by Atelier Auréa or a service center authorized by our workshop. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, theft, loss, or any external factors beyond the control of Atelier Auréa. Atelier Auréa reserves the right to decide whether to repair or replace the watch in the event of a warranty claim.
Claims Process: In the event of an issue covered by the warranty, the customer must contact Atelier Auréa's customer service (contact@atelierafrance.com) to receive instructions on the claims process. The customer will need to provide proof of purchase, the certificate of ownership, and details about the nature of the problem. Once the claim is accepted, Atelier Auréa will cover the cost of repairs or a replacement watch, following the terms of this warranty.
General Terms: This warranty is valid only for the original customer and is non-transferable. The warranty does not affect the consumer's legal rights under applicable laws. To activate this warranty, please register your watch on our website within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs for warranty repairs are the responsibility of Atelier Auréa.
